Welcome to The Wellman Zone - featuring the work of Steve Wellman. In his career of nearly 20 years, Wellman has produced an extensive collection of work which reflects his multifaceted perspective of the world.  Merging the core elements of geometry, form, color and depth, Wellman's eclectic ability to create message and motion has drawn attention on a national scale.

Wellman's formative years were spent in Calgary and Chicago.  He then migrated to Texas where he was to make his mark on the Houston art scene in the 1980s.  Relocating to Montana in the early 1990s placed Wellman at the base of the Rocky Mountains where he continues his work today.  Here he devotes his efforts to creating hand painted, one-of-a-kind, made in the USA, unique visual statements on a variety of surfaces, using a wide array of mediums.  

Previously, Wellman's work has only been featured at several exhibits throughout the year.  However, we're enthused to now have a few selections of his work available exclusively at this site.  You are invited to browse this selection of work in the table below.  For further information, you can reach Wellman via email at swart@in-tch.com.
